my friends at work tell me to get direct deposit. Im just an old fashioned guy though...i like getting the check, reading it over, and THEN depositing it 
Oh...and i lost a paycheck once, for about 3 weeks, then i found it again, and deposited it |

ok, i'm gonna tell my sob story. i'm hoping i can repost in a day or two and correct this problem. went to the mall with my mom this weekend. came home with some new jeans, but no wedding ring. thats right, no wedding ring. not really a fair trade for a $15 pair of jeans. but, eh, we've done all we can for now. |

Call me the odd man out...but I RARELY lose, destroy, incinerate, damage, etc anything. That's probably because I'm OCD when it comes to such things...I need to know where everything is at all times. But, even I'm not invincible...
I do remember when I was working at camp one year and one of the other counselors pushed me into the pool fully clothed, with my wallet and keys in my pockets. Thankfully it wasn't so bad...most of my stuff didn't get ruined, except my pride. Well...at least I learned my lesson to not stand so close to the pool anymore.
There was also another time I was in the middle of a lake with some friends in a kayak...one of them dropped $20 in the water and I watched it sink as I tried to catch it with my paddle. It was either get the $20, or NOT fall in the lake with the snapping turtle... |

I lose my keys all the time. Strange part is i'm so forgetful I'll lose the keys five minutes after putting em down somewhere. Then I'll search like an hour to find them. I STILL haven't found my old keys. I have this habit of losing stuff and not being able to find it when I need it. Course when I don't need it, it's everywhere -_-; |

But seriously Reverend, how did you catch one on fire, I want to know also.
As for me, I never lose my paychecks as extremely careless with them as I am, I just leave them sitting in my glove compartment until I can deposit them. |
