Its very funny, if you have a wicked sense of humor... (No, no, they're just tranquilarisalors, they'll just send him asleeping... BOOOM!)
and/or understand the British School system. (Ofsted report is in... "Barely acceptable"... we're moving up in the world.)
In the appling animation style of 2d TV.
Almost Monkeydust-esq in its delivery (but not that dark).
