As you can see, I've kinda got sushi on the brain today...so humor me here, and tell us your favorite sushi.
I lean more towards the Tuna and Salmon, with the occasional single piece of cooked Eel and a good California roll.
I tend to steer away from the others. Anything regarding Roe they can keep and I'm allergic to raw or under-cooked shrimp. |

Personally I prefer Sashimi, which is just the fish on its own, of anykind. It tends to be more expensive because there's no rice and fish pieces are larger.
I do like tuna the most...and I like how chewy octopus is. I'lll eat most every kind of sushi except the ones with the fish eggs. I dont like how they pop.

I trid sushi for the first time the other day, cant remember what it was, all I know is it was from Bots and had various things in, I dont like prawns anyway so that piece was out and I RALLY didn't like the texture of the raw salmon |

I don't eat fish anymore (completely vegetarian) but back when I ate sushi I liked sake (salmon) and tako (octopus).
I really loved sushi, and would totally make an exception to my veggie diet for sushi, but a few years ago I tried to eat it and it didn't work out =\ It doesn't even taste good anymore. |

Yeah, that's why I'm not a huge fan of nigiri or sashimi. I prefer the fish to be wrapped with something else. I don't like the mushy texture or the bigger size of the other all that much. |

I love way too much of it to pick anything specific... Eating sushi, etc, in Japan at a rotating sushi bar was GREAT.  |
