Thank you guys...you know your support means all the world to me. <3 And I will be all about spreading around the tattoo love. BUT let me get some experience under my belt before I start permenantly marking on you. I want to do a good job, after all, something that we can both be proud of. X)!
(In case you were wondering, there are plenty of people willing to get retarded things tattooed on them by an inexperienced artist, which is where I am going to get my experience.  ! Although, the rules require, my first tattoo has to be on myself o_________O that is going to be an experience.)

Awww, that is sad =( Well, I can't promise anything in the near-near future, because I have to apprentice for six months I think. But I'll post my work after I get going so that you guys can see how I'm doing =) That way, you can judge when the noobishness has worn off enough that you might actually want to get something from me. !

I'm thinking that some time after I start, I'll have to open up a thread to keep you guys updated on my progress. That way, if any of you want scrummy ink, you can judge for yourself when I am ready to do your tattoo =) |

Just wanted to let you guys know, I just finished my first night "observing"...not apprenticing yet, but sitting next to a tattooist and him explaining to me how all the gadgets work, what he was doing and why, etc. ! I learned a lot tonight, and there is still SO MUCH MORE :B
Anyway. Just mentioning that I am totally psyched. I can't wait to actually start. And I have an awesome teacher--Matt. He's working with me and explaining things in ways they make sense, without making me feel retarded. |

Guess how much the apprenticeship is gonna cost...?

On average, around the country they cost about $6000. So I'm extremely happy to find out that the only thing I have to pay for is my license and materials XD Turns out that the guys at the shop are of the opinion that you shouldn't have to pay somebody to work for them =) |
