A quick note to those that don't know (I just realized it today):
If you turn on the Smash Service in the Options menu Nin will send you levels, replays, etc periodically. SAVE THEM TO YOUR INTERNAL MEMORY OR SD CARD IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise they will be automatically wiped out the next day. Once you save them, you can decide if you want to keep them to use as a base or standalone data. If you do not save them, they will be wiped out. I don't know if they are deleted when you connect online or just when the date change but they do disappear. It may not be so important for snapshots or replays (tho the Pikachu one they sent yesterday was awesome) but you may want the levels at least to use as a template. I wish I would have known this and I would have copied the level they sent yesterday.

So remember, when you are sent data back them up to Wii memory or an SD card immediately. Better to have and not want than to want and not have.

Also, when you send pics, levels, replays, etc from the game to anyone YOU MUST PAY WITH COINS. This is lame and probably won't matter so much after three or four months and you have like a billion doing nothing but for now those coins are valuable so keep that in mind. You can always do what I did and save your data to an SD card and then email it to friends. They can then save it to their own SD card and copy it to their Wii memory or leave it on the card. I keep a 2G SD card in my Wii anyway since the internal memory is so ridiculously small.

However in the Codec window it's the Snake of MGS1

Just found out that you can't save off the files that Nin sends you so all you can do is play them/view them for a day and they're gone. Mucho stupid, if you ask me.

Just to confirm, my options menu is available. So you DON'T have to delete your save. It popped up randomly. I just wanted to stress that. I do believe there's a bit in the menu saying it's sometimes unavailable too, i think page 22 or something.

Anywho, despite the beard discrepancy, i think the Snake Codecs are hilarious. Just go into Shadow Moses Island and do Snake's down taunt very lightly and he'll kneel down and do the codec instead of going into a box. The Luigi one is my favorite so far.

Just played it for the first time last night at about 6 pm. I stopped at about 6 am.

I LOVE THIS GAME. Maining Zelda, I think, though Ganondorf is pretty awesome. Mario, Link, and Kirby are still as cheesy as ever, but that just makes it feel better to Ganoncide them.

Well if you get online, let us know. Me, Aiman, and a friend of mine went at it for a bit today and it was a blast tho I definitely need to play more. I couldn't pull off the Final Smash at all (despite it being listed even in the opening attract mode...guess I'd better pay more attention to things) and got my butt handed to me. I found that I like the Coin Smash mode over the regular timed Brawl mode.
I also have to open more characters. I have one open while a pal down here has finished the damn game in four days.

Let's try for same time, next week Aiman.

Well, I don't actually own it. It was my friend's Wii, at a different friend's house, but neither of them even has a wireless router to take advantage of the WiFi. Sadface.
