That's good to hear Sciler.
The oddest thing though, when I called them, while I was on hold, I went and started the 360 up and it worked. Still not comfortable with the situation, but I'm going to see what happens tonight. I'll probably play it some. |

When I turned it on.
While playing I heard a pop and the game froze.
Turned off the system and back on and it was red ringed.
last night, turned it on and it was fine.
Not sure what to make of it. |

How many red lights did it have?
One thing that you should know is that they will make you go through a whole process and they will tell you to do certain things. If in one of those moments the system turns on, you're pretty much S.O.L. |

theres a way to read error codes, also hope it it's the one for the GPU.
Before mine finally died it would occasionally red ring o' death when the power would blip or even think about blipping. 360s seem very sensitive to needing clean power. |

Well they put the 3 year warranty in place for the red rings which is fine with me... my issue is that the console still has problems!
How can you have all of these problems and NOT redesign the damn thing to work!
The worst part is that there are rumors coming from those that used to work at MS during the development of the console that MS knew about the problems but ignored them and gave them a "deal with it later" attitude b/c they were rushing to get the system out. |

Kind of like the attitude they have toward their operating systems. Right, then. Maybe the next Microsoft console, when it red rings, it trips every circuit breaker in your house. |

I have a friend who's box use to red ring all the time, all he had to do was unplug the RCA cables, and plug them back in and it would work, it eventually died, but that worked for like 6 months. |

I know because I literally deliver or pick up a broke/repaired xBox everyday.
Your going to have to be home to sign for the xBox when it returns from service.
