Star Wars: The Clone Wars
What's everybody thinking about this? I was a big fan of the Dark Horse comics and the animated Cartoon Network mini-series, but I don't really know what to think about this now. It sort of feel like George Lucas is trying to squeeze water out of a rock.
Suspending all speculation on how the actual story will be, I really just don't like the CG animation. I would have much preferred the Genndy Tartakovsky style animation.
I am really glad, however, that they managed to sign on Anthony Daniels, Christopher Lee, and Samuel L. Jackson to do voices. |

Okay, I guess you're right. And by the way it's "Spelling" LOL.
I just wish Lucas would stop. I honestly think his time is over and that he should hand over the Saga to someone else. A different vision might do him some good. |

I'm going to see it.
And I don't want Lucas to stop... just don't direct. Give the direction and all the details of the films themselves over to Spielberg or something. Just stick around to do input on the story. |

Not sure if you were referring to being hooked to the video game, but Dark Horse has a KOTOR series that is collected in several trade paperbacks, if you're interested. I read through, and own, all of Dark Horse's Clone Wars TPB's, and they're fantastic. |

a friend of mine says the Genndy Tartakovsky version is better.
