i am REALLY looking forward to seeing this movie, for many reasons. first of all, B rate horror is a great genre of movies, and this looks like it will fit in well, second cus Jason is the man, and third because i wanna see it cus it looks so cool cus i wanna see it. anyone else here looking forward to seeing it? and if so, who do you think will win? my guess is Jason. |

i know! jason x was very erm...crappy...but i like all the old school ones, and im DEFINITLY seeing this bad boy crossover. my moneys on jason. i bet what will happen is they team up or something and then something happens and jason finds out freddy is using him and they duke it out. |

Actually, the story is that in the town that Freddy...Haunts...They are innoculating the children so that they don't sleep but still get refreshed. This pisses Freddy off so he invades Jasons dreams and tells him to go on a killin spree.
After Jason kils like almost EVERYONE in town Freddy realizes his mistake and goes after Jason to stop him from killing all of Freddy's future prey.
So Freddy pretty much becomes a savior or something.
My money's on Jason cause he's methodical about his killins Freddy wastes too much damn time playin with his prey. |

also, Jason has control over the real world, and in single combat he knocks freddy around, so while freddy can definately kick ass in those kids dreams or imagination, he will have a hard time with someone as strong willed as Jason. |

me and chixie are planning to go and see this on friday night, we may see terminator 3 aswell, depends on money. i aint seen any of the friday the 13th films, but i know freddy is a kick ass bady, i saw elm street 2 when i was about six, cudnt watch a elm street film for 12 years, but got over my fear last yr by watching wes cravens new nightmare and elm street 2 |

I don't think anyone wants krueger to win  Haha but he is responsible for one of my all time funniest film moments - in wes craven's new nightmare at the beginning, when the woman picks up the phone and hears "ONE, TWO!" then hangs up, tentatively reaches for the phone again, and hears "FREDDY'S COMIN FOR YOU!" Anyone who can rhyme like that is deserving of godlike status But...I'm still rooting for Jason |
