It gives me a feel of lack of motion. or one of Robert jordan's wheel of time characters, i cant remember her name at the moment but her whateveryoucallit thingie that represents the group she associates with, looks kinda like that. |

It looks like the eye of an animal, overall, with the pupil in the middle and the cornea around it. For some reason, the picture makes me feel suspicious and wary. |
