Keep in mind that only NIN can use Katanas, but i think Wars can duel wield anything that is 1H....ex: Sword/Dagger, Sword/Axe, Dagger/Axe.

Correct me Cobbi if im wrong.

You are part-way correct, sah!

It depends on the weapon really.

Warriors can use (almost) all 1H swords, 1H Axes, and some Daggers. Meaning that they can also dual wield them if they're level 20 atleast with a level 10+ ninja sub. Warriors can NOT wield katanas.

Ninja on the other hand mainly use katanas. However, it is possible for them to wield some swords and some daggers. Just check on the sword itself to see if ninja can wield it. S'all.

so subbing a job doesn't let you use that jobs equipment, just gives you the abilities... is that correct?

all abiliites except the 2hr as long as your sub is the correct lvl.

Ex- you cant use provoke unless your WAR sub is lvl 5 or higher.

Again correct me if im wrong.
