Well I got to level 20 as a warrior and had a lot of problems getting the skull for the sub-job quest. So I switched to white mage and leveled up to level 7.

Now I'm at the point where I have no desire to play this game. I'm not really sure why. Maybe I just grew away from it during the holidays, maybe I'm tired of looking for rare stuff. Or maybe it's b/c I got so far behind everyone else and I don't want to play catch up. But whatever it is, it happened. I'm going to cancel both FFXI and SWG for now and focus my attention on other games. I know that SWG keeps your character indefinatly right now. Not sure about FFXI, but maybe I'll go back to it some day, but for now, I think I'm done.

Shinobishi is retiring from online play for now.

Well, I dunno what you're talking about being behind, Im still a War19/Blm6 and Im still trying to level up in Qufim. Kinda hard, but Im getting there. I noticed that Wars are easy to come by so I might restart as a Taru Blm or Lvl up my Blm more.

And btw, FF keeps your character for 3 months, after that its gone. And if you really miss PSO so much, there's a new one coming out, PSO Ep 1&2 Plus, which is the same this as PSO ver 2 for DC. New rares and quests and all the Episode 2 quests are built in into the game. ^_^;;

If PSO's the type of game y'miss, MMORPGs just probably aren't yer bag. Is cool though, better to make good use of your time than mull about on somthing you don't entirely enjoy <^ ^> We'll miss ya in Vana'diel regardless.

I'm not far from 30, only 10 levels, and it'd be nice to have my subjob already at level 30 when I start my ninja...

We will see. Maybe i will play it some tonight and see how it goes. Anyone available to go skull hunting tonight?

I think yer main problem might be that you're so hellbent on leveling that the game sux. It's like any FF game..The more ya level the more it sux..a gotta get in there and get dirty.

Ignore the stoopid Subjob crap or Choco romp and just PLAY...Lose yerself in the game. Ignore goals..Make friends and slay enemies.

You may not get far but you'll have more fun.

While it would be nice to "just PLAY", things like subjobs and chocobos do make it a bit easier to enjoy the full spectrum the game has to offer.

Shino, if ya see me on anytime and i'm not busy, I'd be down to helping you get the skull. It's really easy for someone with treasurehunter (myself, with thief subjob.)
