Oooh, Tri-stat system for Dominion Tank Police...I have that. It givesya lotsastuff so you can actually do a Shirow Masamune universe and combine it fluidly into BESM.....WEEE!
Never got to play itbut it looks REAL sweet. |

That's the flexibility of BESM... you can do anything, and with a little ingenuity from the GM, you can manifest it on rolls or stat shecks or things like that.
