Well I have just finished all 3 DVD's containing 24, 5-10 minute episodes, of Risky Safety...I gotta say I'm impressed.
Not only was the animation quality good enough to rival Gods creation of boobs. But the story is in depth and easy flowing for something that only lasts about 7 minutes an episode when ya skip the re-cap and ending credits. There are a couple episodes that were so awesome that I didn't even think they lasted 2 minutes cause I was sopping it up so lovingly.
Risky Safety is an anime about a 3 inch high vessel that it 1/2 Angel and 1/2 Shinigami. They are both after a girls soul but for different reasons. It's more of a cutsey romance anime than anything else but it's hella funny...Just NEVER watch it dubbed *shudders* I sat through the first DVD dubbed at AWA and it hurt...It hurt me REAL bad. |

I downloaded the first episode off of their website, and liked it. I'm glad to hear that it's worth getting, I'll prolly pick it up.

Risky Safety turns out to be good, huh? I bought the first one on a gift certificate from a friend, and now I may have to go get the rest of them when I have the time and money to do so. |

I hope ya enjoy it cause it's a really nice story...It's fun for the whole family....But make sure ya read the notes supplied in each DVD...Safety and Risky make MANY jokes that us Americans would be like..."Duh?" and there are many underlying refences. (Think Excel Saga minus the crazy)
Basically RS is a true show of quality or quantity....And if ya watch in and it sux I can only reply with, "Gomen." |

This was indeed a solid rent. It definatly doesnt belong in my personal collection, but when me and my three other twenty year old buddies find it amusing, you've got something that is definatly spanning more than a few age groups. Well done and Super Farking Cute.
