A question for you oh dragon sage
how does one fight stress evvectivly when one's WHOLE life is falling down around him...loss of house...possible loss of job....close to the holidays with no money.... haunted past wintery seasons full of regret....ect.
how can one find cheer in this bleak world one is trapped in??? |

one must not try and find happiness in the now but in what is to come. try bringing happines to others rather than yourself/ to live in the past will never solve anything. i live my life even though my on happiness has also been lost through many ordeals. all you can really do is live day by day and find hope in something. hope is all humans have. sorry for not posting sooner but i have had troubles of my own and contemplating your question too. but i hope this helps if not ask even more questions. may the blessing of the dragons be with you |

Well I do help others and bring them happiness. I do have hope and such but I still find my self looking back on my past on the days of the year when things were the most trying. i.e. the 26 of oct. seven years ago I had four friends die three of which I was VERY close to and of those three two were suicides. Its the days like those in my past that haunt me to this day and although the wintery months arn't quite as bad as that day they were still very rough times in my life that are burned into my memory.
But as for another question I do have one....Do you know of any way I could get a FULL psycological evaluation that won't cost me an arm and a leg?? I ask because looking back on my past I realize that what I have lived though would have most people committed to a nut house, yet I am still out here in the world. It has just gotten to the point where I am willing to take the risk of getting committed to know what is going on inside my head. |

guess what my new found friend i am studying to be a psychologist thats why i like to help people. i am trying my best to become a counseling psychologist so just talk to me when your down. Very sorry bout your loss but some advice i can give is the only way to move on is to live to honor there death i have had two friends of mine die so i can relate until next we speak may the dragons guide your path to happiness |
