Wow, that looked just as crappy as all the current failed exploits into the TMNT video games.
In fact it looked like a video game trailer.
I know they feel that since Batman got revived with an awesome movie and Superman got revived with a pretty damn good movie they can revamp TMNT as well...However I feel its been too long and moving into the 3D animation realm was a mistake...When you had such good Animatronics from the first two movies and go this route you might as well call yourself Lucas and get ready to receive all that hate-mail. |

Gotta agree wtih GAAZ ATM, this is just a teaser after all.
The CG looked like something from the later PS1 or early PS2 games, all that was missing was "Press Start" at the manhole cover scene.
I'll wait til a full trailer is out to know for sure, but as of right now I'm not that excited.
(Dear God, did I just agree with GAAZ on something? Clear your calendars folks, I think Hell just froze over.)  |

I know it's a CG movie. Its been rumored for a while now, Ang Lee was to direct it I believe. I'm saying as of this teaser, the CG did not impress me.
All I'm saying is if it dosen't get better than the animation from the teaser, I'll wait to watch it on DVD or cable. I mean I'd rather see em in foam suits again than really bad CG.
Like I said tho, it IS just a teaser and I will wait till more trailers are out before I make any final opinions is all. |
