From what I'm hearing from other people on my other frequented board, this is one of the best Multiplayer games out.
Not to mention the scores it's been getting.

I'm Considering Dynasty Warriors Gundam for the PS3 just cause I have no gamez for it till the 4th when I get Warhawk in. 
Also I'm giving my Chemistry book back to the Bookstore cause the teacher don't require it so I'll be $105 richer. |

Buy this game and avoid Lair like the plague.
I still don't have a PS3, but seeing some footage from Warhawk got me interested in this game. If/when I pick one up, this should be something I will pick up for it. |

Actually... I don't know what all the fuss is about with Lair.
It's not a bad game. It's not a great game either though.
The control I think was thrashed way to hard. I mean it doesn't control as well as the Warhawks using the tilt, but it's not at all as bad as they say it is.
The only thing that's annoying is that the 180 doesn't work most of the time. You end up dashing instead.
Graphically, the game is stellar. There are some framerate issues, but overall, the game is still good. Definitely not as bad as it's getting rated. I would throw it in the 7s somewhere probably.
Rune... Amazon is now doing 8 free Blu-Ray movies with a PS3 purchase. The 5 from the mail in rebate and 3 from a huge list on their site. Good stuff man. |
