Hey, I know it's probably pretty late for this but am I the only one upset that Wizards just up and killed the Pokemon League? I mean, I went to the ECSTS a few years back and I still have my shirt as a souvenier. That weekend was damn cool! Now all we have are these Battle Zones here and there. Never mind the fact that they really don't exist anywhere. There's like 60 total in the whole damn USA!!!
Sorry, Pokemon gets me hyper. Time for some Pokemon Gold. My all Eevee-lution team is Da Bomb-diggetty!

Maybe I will have to look into the Apprentice League. sigh...

I personally liked the game...i was there when the originals came out, and got them the day they did come out, and i ownzered them. Then the card game came out...and i played that for like, 5 days, then i determined that the game wasnt gonna be that great of a game, merely for the fact that it was way too easy, and that it was moreoff ment for a younger audience...so i decided to throw in the towel on the game. Then the TV show came out, and i got angry at the whole concept.

I feel that pokemon, which was a cool idea at first, shouldnt of gone to become a card game, and a TV series, because (parden my bluntness) it was just a better video game then it was a tv show or a card game

Yeah.. I was a pretty big Pokemon fan before the whole commercialism regime snatched it up.. Which was like, a month or so after Red and Blue came out in the US.

But I digress

It's kinda a love-hate relationship I have towards Pokemon.. It's addicting to raise those lil guys, but I can only do so in the safety of my own home, which kinda just makes it Mon.

lol, i have to admit too, the game was pretty fun, and being able to raise ur own little fighting pets was a fun idea...but i still have to say that im angry at the game for comercializing up to the point that it got to

Well I was referring mainly to the card game but as for the videogame, it's still the best little travel buddy this side of Card Fighters.

And if I worried about what other people thoguth of me playing Pokemon I wouldn't be using a rabbit avatar, now would I? :hare:

I remember when i started playing Pokemon before it became big. It was big in school, but no adults knew of it. Then the TV show and commercialism started, and to this day the mere thought of an adult trying to win kids over with some Pokemon krap just pisses me off to no extent.
