Well, X-men 2 Blew AWAY X-men hands down (Mainly cause storm had like 2 lines) so it can happen...But LOTR: TTT sucked ballz so it sorta is a balance. If Spider Man 2 rulez then it'll be official that not all sequals suck.
And in the case of Indiana Jones...First one rocked, second one blew, and third one blew first one away. So I'm hoping it goes that way for LOTR or Spider Man if numero 2 sux. |

You're crazy Az, the first LOTR bored me to sleep 4 times before I made it through it. The 2nd one was far superior. I think this movie looks pretty good, but I wasn't really blown away by the first one.
I still say the best Marvel movies to date are in order: Daredevil, X2, Xmen, Blade, Spiderman, Blade 2 |

Finally got to watch the damn thing.
and both of the LOTRs were freaking awesome!
Expecially TTT. When Gandolf defeated the Balrog, I wanted the little FFXI "Level up" words to appear

dare devil sucked @$$! blade series was good, same with xmen series. spiderman was good. spidey two looks alright but i dont like how octopus looks. damnit why cant we get to the cool villains like venom or the lizard |

Dood! LOTR FOTR at least followed the book. LOTR: TTT like looked at the book and said..HEY! A war. Gandalfs troops didn't turn any tides in the war..It was when the Ents moved from Isengard to Helms deep and killed the orcs that the tides turned. Then Gandalf goes to Isengard and they surround the tower and Saurumon gets scared and tosses out his scrying eye. They also get Merry and Pippin back into the fold which makes Sauron think Merry is the ring bearer and starts sending nazguls to get him thus alleviating a lot of the pressure on Frodo.
I mean C'mon! That director guy made sweet sweet love to the first book then anally raped the second one. It can't compare. |
