Yeah.
People who talk to newcomers on their IM programs and deal with their questions so that Doot and Shino don't have to. People who go in-depth with the newcomers and tell them what's generally frowned upon and what'll get them banned. I volunteer to be a part of this Welcoming Committee and show t3h n00bz t3h r0p3z. |

The welcoming forum doesn't give quick answers, and in the meantime, we have n00bz running around breaking rules left and right!
I mean people who can actually talk to them, not post at them. Answer quickly any questions they have, keep them out of Doot's and Shino's hair (because they already have enough going on). |

From the gist of it, it wouldn't absolve long time board members of responsibility, but as the board grows it would be nice to have designated greeters whose job is to act almost more like a mentor. They'd have someone to PM or IM about getting otakus, or how to jump into an RP. You know, that kind of stuff |
