After viewing some of the series and reading that same amount of manga it's based on, I determine that the manga is superior as a story, since the anime just has to have the bad guys that are perfectly fine as they are in the manga be able to transform into Yokai (demons)
That being said, the animation is top drawer and the ending theme 'Love Me Do' is really good |

Terrible is all I have to say. VA's aren't very good. The story is the only thing that would keep me interested. I just had to stop watching it after the tournament on the beach. I think it was in volume 2. They could have had a perfectly good action sequence. But no, they just had Kyo walk past a bunch of silouettes. When he stops walking, the guys fall down. Lame is the only word that can do the show any justice. It even turned me off from reading the manga. |
