I know it was in the pocket that he didn't turn inside out, and told him that I have plenty of pencils at home, and I don't really care if you take it, but you could at least have the F-ing' decency to admit that you took it. Then he walked away looking kind of annoyed and guilty. I let him go. "Damn Niger" i said to myself. I would have had a very seriouse arguement, had I not been the tiny little dude I am.
Call hypocriticle, but this white person is racist, and may always be. Theres not a court in this country that could try to change the facts: We'er white and there black. Not one. |

When I was stupid and young and stupid, that's how I used to think (far less crude or opinionated). Then I moved right next to a black person and that got me straightened out. It turns out I wasn't racist, I was just anti-ghetto. So I started standing up to them and stop taking their bullshit, got myself a small group of people that respected me and nobody ever bothered me again (cept for freshmen that didn't know better, taught them a lesson ^^) Anyways, I'm still rather anti-ghetto. Me and Kris, my black neighbor, get into non-aggressive arguments about all the stupid shit that ghetto kids do, which of course he doesn't find stupid. -runs away-
I have a new view on life (that directly contradicts my other view on life): Love someone until they do something to make you hate them. |

You gotta let ignorance go sometimes. It's hard to see that they are so close minded but they are definitely not looking to be educated. You will wind up talking yourself into circles. Sometimes you have to lead by example and I have a feeling you will be good testament to that. |

ok...the last part was i think a little wrong...but as far as the view of the African Americans:
Some people grow up with trash. I know, becuase ive grown up with a different trash...posers. They come in all sizes, races, creeds...and the whatnot. What our good friend is experiencing is the fact that everyone in the area is the EXACT SAME WAY. Every black person there is probably the exact same, dressing with the same clothes, and so on. Im sure if he came up here and went to school with the black people i knew, he wouldnt be so opinionated...because the black people here are by far some of the nicest people i know. They all do their work, go to school, do WELL in school, and are just generally nice.
Then, lets look at the grownups...they are even more nice. They dress well, ask for things politely from me at work, and the like. They are all good people. Like i said, what our friend down yonder is experiencing is too much ghetto. If he came up here to CT...his opinion would be completely different.
Now...the white boys up here...thats a different story....  (and yes...im white) |

We have this kid named McCarty here whos pretty much like that. His father was like that and his father before that. These people are literally morons. The same ones who believe stuff like God lives in a spaceship on neptune. The same ones who believe that immigrants dont deserve equal pay. Like maddox says if they get paid equal pay then any incentive places like walmart had to hire them in the first place is effectively destroyed. People like this are just raised this way and have tunnel vision. |

what? I just brought up his point that dumb people say that immigrants shouldnt be paid equal but if they ARE paid equally it would eliminate the incentive that corporations have for hiring them in the first place. |
