Where are you getting that info, GAAZ? Everything I'm seeing here shows that the investigation into his PAC has been ongoing since the 2002 election, and has turned up numerous illegal corporate contributions to the Texas House campaign in the ballpark of $190K. And that the laws against corporate contributions to political campaigns have been long-standing in Texas.
