So in a Butterfly Effect of sorts, Gates is to blame. He hired the people who hired the people who hired the people (etc etc) who messed this up. And being at the top of the chain, he should take some responsibility. |
Except that Bill Gates hasn't been CEO of Microsoft for over 5 years..He relinqueshed control a while ago...Now he just lives off of stock dividens. |
