They're deep-fried, surely thats a given then?
So what are these things anyway? We buy alot of beef (no idea wether its ground or not tbh) and we want more recipes to do with it. |

I don't see how I missed this one LoL
A former co-worker of mine used to make the most incredible empanadas that I've ever had!...And what's funny is that I could not stand her beyond her leet empanada skills...so I sucked up to her when I knew she had made some for our group. hehe, I'm evil sometimes.
Her's were, beef, with a little hard boiled egg and green olives...fantastic! |

One of my dad's coworkers made some of the most incredible empanadas and brought them to our Thanksgiving dinner. I wish I had just grabbed an entire tray of them instead of 6 to take home with me. She brought two deep dishes! I soooo want the recipe! |
