YAY!! ^-^ I am sooo excited about this movie!!! I will have to wait till I get home to check out the trailer though (I'm at work, shh, don't tell!)
And another thing, I have had a crush on Harrison Ford since the first Indy movie and even now I get twitterpated. He's such a sexy mature man. |

I just saw it a little while ago and I have to say that I was pretty satisfied. I am happy to say for all my worries, Crystal Skulls lived up to the past movies. This is coming from someone who was -obsessed- with Indiana Jones as a kid. I would imagine I was on all kinds of adventures with him and I always dreamed of that globe trotting life style. The very first movie I ever saw in movie theaters was The Last Crusade so for me, I was extremely worried but I was very happy with this one.
Cate Blanchett was excellent as the villain and I didn't even mind Shia Laboef as Indy's son. He wasn't thrust down our throats and I appreciated that. Overall, pretty good! I had the pleasant experience of being able to watch it in the middle of the day with no children ruining the movie experience so I was quite nice. |

It was pretty damn quite at the 12:01 showing last night. And I'm dead fuckin tired today because of it. But it was well worth it IMO and I agree with Ultra's comments. |

It's good to know that people whose opinions on things such as this actually matter to me thought that this was a great movie. I was starting to get worried when I saw some negative reviews before they released the movie.
But then again, they showed this at the Cannes Film Festival. So I should have expected the negative reviews from snobbish, French, art addicts who are clearly not the intended audience. They probably mistook "Indy film" (the person) for "Indy film" (the genre). |

well, i liked it. My only qualm was some of the plot points. But all in all, i was hugely satisfied. I got my indy fix, and im a happy camper  |
