Actually, it is not that complicated. The trick is I do not have a good taste for curry based dishes so I don't have a good baseline for cooking it. I've made several batches of pastes, and applied them to sauces for various dishes (mostly red meats since the taste seems to match well).
Oh and I'm always up for grilling and BBQ =D, but I want to try something I've never really cooked before. |
