Im watching the series now in Adult Swim. They are showing it at midnight. I must admit it is pretty twisted. Apparently Excel Saga is more incoherent. That's what they said in Adult Swim, non the less cool. I think they are only 6 epsidos of FLCL and its im correct, the series is finishing on Tuesday. |

Twisted series, very modern punk/alternative feel with some techno mixed in. Some of the characters/ideas generated are a little wacked, but otherwise cool with an MTV gloss. Three DVD's, short series which leaves you wanting more. |

I was SO gonna get this series but they want $30 a DVD and each only has 2 episodes..Which is horrible in my book. When they make a box set I'll pick it up..But we all know there won't be a box set till I buy the second DVD...I'm 2 DVD's away from completing Excel Saga which means the box set should be out soon.
I'm also 2 DVD's from completing Gokudo and the box set is goin on sale end of August for LESS then the price of the next two DVD's! *sigh* |

I think they'll go close to releasing Poemy before they release an Excel Boxset... but Viz did release the first manga volume...
I haven't seen FLCL yet, but lots of people say it's kewl. |
