I saw that movie...honestly, everyone I knew made such a hype about it that when I watched it, it was just plain dissapointing. I figured that it would be scary, but after watching it, I felt that I could make a freakier movie...but oh well. It was a good movie none-the-less....I gotta see the Japanese one, though. That one might do better for me : D

I guess you misunderstood what I said...  I said that the American version is just a remake of Ringu. Anyway, I saw the DVD of Ringu laying on a shelf in Blockbuster and I thought of renting it, but, my friends were the one who told me to rent something everyone could watch and I know that a japanesse movie with english subtittles are not their style, though I would love to see, so I didnt rent it. Now I have to go back and try and get it !!!

Well the movie itself really wasn't that scary but when it ended my step mom went to her room and used her cell to call the house. my sister really freaked out and started screaming and my dad refused to touch the phone. I have to admit that having the phone ring at midnight after watching that movie scared me a little but I still answered the phone. Now that I look back on that night it was hillarious. |
