Az, IMHO, it seems like your friends are oversensitive, and you're letting it get to you. I'd reccomend leting them know that you're there for them, and the fact that they're taking your honesty for granted is bullshit. They shouldn't ask you about your opinion if they aren't prepared to deal with the truth.

Wait, AZ, so you said it to a different girl, not the girl that you wanted more than a kiss from? I'm confused. Big surprise there. If so, then she does not really have any right to be getting mad at you. It is not like you asked her for more than a kiss, you were just telling her what you thought. |

Az kissed a girl at the beach, whom he never saw again. He then was talking to another girl, at home, about it, and made the reminiscent comment that he would have liked to get more than just a kiss from the girl at the beach, to which the girl at home responded by becoming angry and going on the "virgin power trip" that is described in the same paragraph.

Ooooh! That makes a lot more sense, then. Well, I can understand why he would be upset about that, then. I'd be upset with the girl who went on the "virgin power trip," too. It's not her business whether or not he wanted more. What is wrong with wishing? Heck, I wish I could have Alyson Hannigan and Gwen Stephani, even just for a simple kiss, and I will tell people that, but that does not give someone the right to be mad at me for a wish. |

hey...a wish is a wish.
Az, im gonna basically reiterate what most people said: Detach from reality, and just plug into nothingness. Just go for a nice long walk, breath some fresh air, and dont come back for like, an hour. I dunno, walk to the store or something, buy something to drink, and then come back. Thats bascially my method of release. I leave my house and walk on down to the park thats nearby my house to just let my mind wander. It helps too, since i come back and i almost feel like i can just sit down and listen to anything that comes my way, and not have a problem with it. (This also coming from the most happy and passive man you will ever meet...so it must work  )
As for your friends...after that long walk i told you to take, go back to them, feeling renewed, and just let them know that you didnt mean what you were saying the way they took it. Like Terin said...they seem a bit overemotional.

Never forget that simply thinking about something never actually hurt anybody, it was the actions taken upon thinking about it that did. I also applaud Az for still having his sense of humor after the crap he had to put up with. That is how you know if you are still alive, if you can laugh. |

I know I"m kinda late here. But I agree with everyone and say that you need something to get you away from all this drama..
For a while I had a lot of drama too, but then I went to college and cut all the drama out of my life, and I'm much more happier this way. Yeah there's still little things every once in a while, but it's better then being suffocated by it..

Actually, dude, it wasn't Kaitlin. Kait is the one that went on the virgin power trip. Emily was the girl that got mad at the kiss comment.
Both girls have gotten a swift beating and we're all cleared up and happy.
