I may catch flak for this, but my peeps will back me up. If your still in high school...don't sweat anything. Ya still got mom and dad, your friends, and school to keep you busy and under control. crushes come and go, people fall in and out of 'lust' or 'more than friends' relationships all the time. I know it hurts, I loved my first steady gf with all my heart, but it didn't work out. 3 years later, it doesn't even really matter. So enjoy school, hang out with friends, have the time of your life while you still can. Cause when you get into college all that stops...unless your a genius and even then, ya can still fail out of basketweaving 101 if ya skip enough days. Good luck.

I'm in college, actually.

I hear ya, though. I'm enjoying school so far (even though my pharmacology prof keeps jumping from chapter to chapter without telling us). I've seen several familiar faces around campus, and I've got plenty of other stuff to do. It's just that I want this situation resolved, and I hope it's in a positive way. That's all.

ahh...just remember to always hope for the best. When you can take yourself out of the situation and truely hope for everything to work out, it has a much better chance of working out. S far, ive never had a girlfrend, but i still keep a positive attitude towards EVERYTHING. Surprisingly, the women around the campus (In my opinion) seem to be much more attracted towards me, and i think they are because of my plesant and happy attitude...so just keep it, and you will notice that things will work out for ya!

Update: He called today. We are going to meet tomorrow or Saturday to talk things over (we decided it'd be better to do it in person, rather than on the phone).

I called him yesterday to say I couldn't volunteer after all, and he didn't call back. He didn't call today, either, and it's too late to meet up now. I suppose I could call him again...I don't know.

I know I'm late to this, but my philosophy is that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. You may not see the reason now, but you'll get it later.
I'm sorry he hasn't called you back. Guys can be weird about the whole phone thing. I mean they think there are these "rules" that don't really exist. Plus, you have to think that he's probably talking to someone about this too, and maybe they're giving him crappy advice or something. Point being I would get together and talk about it with him so this drama situation can be dealt with for the both of you.

ya...like UP said...guys are weird with the phone calling. I would know...im a guy, and ive only really called a girl like, 2 or 3 times. So if anything, take the bull by the horns and just go for it

I HATE calling on the phone. I do it with my friend Cat, but only because we felt as if we were attatched at the hip the first moment we met. Other than that, you should feel very special t if I call you on the phone, as assholish as that sounds.
