Well yeah he should...but I called charter today to tell them and do you know what they had the nerve to say?! "We are not going to pay for something you did on your own time...you dont need to blame our technicians for something you did yourself just to get the money and buy a new computer...That is morally and utterly wrong and you shouldnt be complaining to us because it is not our fault"!!!!! That made me SO mad!!!!! Oh well...I guess thats life...I should sue the pants off of Charter...but then again...what evidence do I have that he did it? |

Well if anything I think you might be able to complain about their horrible customer service. They're not supposed to talk to you like that. Also be sure to let them know you're not a dumbass and that you know about computers. |

I know a bit. The only thing I know about that comp though is that it is 2 gigahertz and an intel celeron processor. It had am ASUS in there before if that makes any difference. |

how about this, can you take a picture of the board with everything still plugged in. Or, if you find a tag that says FCC on it, and give me the number off that. I'll be able to determin the board from that.
