Grats Man! Black Belt Tests are insanity. Back when I used to take Shorinji Ryu I was watching my friend Brandon during his Black Belt test. Pretty much the same setup. I have instant respect for anyone with that kind of endurance  I know you'll do just fine by the time you're ready for the Real Black Belt test ^^ |

Actually... the Black Belt Test is During AWA. It's that Saturday. So looks like I will be missing part of that day for the test. |
Man, I remember when I had to go through my black belt test. Five hours of physical endurance. Though we did not have to do any of the sparring you did Shino-sensei, and I have a feeling that you'd be able to beat me too.
Regardless, Mod be blessed that you performed so well, and as I see it, if your test is on Saturday of AWA, I'd say you will have quite the entourage at your testing. |

I must say Congratulations to you Shino. That is a hell of an achievment. I only wish I had stuck with it long enough to get to my Black Belt. In my times I have witnessed in 2 seperate Black Belt exam, and 1 3rd degree Black Belt Exam in which I was a sparring partner. They are nothing to be taken lightly, and I hold a lot of respect for the people that can make it through those exams. I wouldnt mind tagging along to observe the test during our weekend at AWA.... If there is room. |

All of you are of course welcome to come to the test. However I believe there is a cost to get in.
It's only like $5 or $10 or something. But none the less.
