Actually the problem has turned out to be a delivery issue.
Basically people are using more and more energy but at the same time they use the same lines to deliver the power as they did in the 1980's.
Basically no one was willing to sink revenue into a sysytem that was (At the time) not faulty..Now that the system has failed an upgrade is in order but again no one wants to pay for it. |

i agree wit ming. Blackouts are fun. Though, i got lucky and my power came back on at about 7 oclock...so MUAH!!
Anywho, i can imagine that u get lots of Blackouts ultrawolf...u do live on the san andreas fault (or so i assume...but u know what assuming does...is makes an ASS out of U and ME  ) |

 actually we only get blackouts alot during summer cuz the stupid neighbors all have a billion things and their AC/fans etc on at once. (its rrrrrreeeaeaaalllly hot here) |

Here in Ontario we still have rolling blackouts, so I dpn't know when I am going to have consistant power, maybe weeks... |

actually senkir, i am aware of 1965, but this is according to sources larger. the only places that had power were hospitals, radio stations, and a few and far between towns. and ultrawolf, ive had MANY blackouts in my life. but when you are going for hours on end without power it gets bad. Brooklyn didnt have power at 1 this afternoon, and some places still have none. i think that is worthy of complaints. |
