I'll try that. We had just switched to Coin Brawl when you hopped in. I was getting my butt whipped in regular brawls (BBoys was playing with his son so they were doubleteaming me) so I decided to switch it up a bit.
For anyone else playing the game...
Here's a site that is organizing Smash Bros tourneys all the time. It actually just collects and organizes the info for them as each tourney is run by an individual. Some are online, some are in person. I haven't signed up for any yet as I just found the site today but I probably will after I get a few more hours under my belt.

I think it'd be cool if we all went in on one and did some damage. Kinda like an "Us against the world" kinda thing. And yeah, some of the tourneys are worldwide (I saw one listed in Australia) so we could be worldkillers. Worse come to worse you might make some friends in other countries and get to exchange data (stages, etc) with people with way different ideas than your own.
Also, I'm going to try compiling an assload of stages and stuff (anything that can be taken off of the game) and dropping them to a CD. I'll probably try to do this once a month or so (at first) and I'll let you guys know. I'd suggest investing in a decent SD/micro SD card (I get 2gig cards from Amazon for $5 each) and use that basically for your Wii. I keep a 2G card in each of my Wii and PS3 (tho I also use my 8Gig Cruzer in my PS3).
Can't wait for Mario Kart.
So who's gonna start organizing the PO tourneys when more people get in on this?

Dude! I would love to have a tourney. Maybe we should organize one, but we need at least 8 people. |
