AWA 2004 Group tickets

Ok, here's the dealy! I have contacted the hotel and confirmed our reservations. For some reason it said all were reserved at one King with rollout and I swiftly had that changed to double Queens requested. Turns out the rooms are $120 (after tax) per night. Multiply that by 5 rooms at two nights each and that gives us a grand total of $1200 to split amongst all the people who need a hotel room. Obviously if your room has more folks in it we will split the prices per room so that you aren't paying lots for limited space. Now I know not all 44 preregistered folks are staying AT the hotel. Here is your chance to tell me if you are. Also this is the place to tell me your travel plans (if they are confirmed) so that if you are flying in then we can arrange for your pickup and if you are coming in early or staying late then we can arrange for a place for you to stay. (outside of the hotel reservation timeframe). This way I also know what times to ask off from work. ^_^ I have a good feeling there are going to be some folks coming who haven't preregistered so now is the time to get your bids in for room space.

I will be staying at the hotel! As will Rollergirl as long as the price is under $50.

for those that are coming early or staying later, I have space for 3 or 4 depending. Please arrange with me if you need a place to stay.

However. AzV and I are planning to only take Friday off from work and I'm 30 mins away from Doot and the hotel. So if you are planning on staying here, unless someone is willing to pick you up or you get/have a car, you will be stuck here until we get home.

Okay here is the travel plans for Dai, Brosiaboo, myself and possibly bumblebee if he decides to ride with us. we will leave Denison around 6 pm Thursday the 23rd, drive as long as we possibly can and stay overnight in a motel. Get up the next morning after about 6 hours sleep and drive to Atlanta. Our goal is to reach the con by noon assuming we dont get lost once we get into Atlanta. I would like to be there for opening cerimonies, assuming there is one. I think that Dai and I will be the only ones needing a room. Brosiaboo will be bunking with a friend of hers that will be visiting the con as well.

We plan to leave Sunday afternoon and take the same travel course back by stopping at a motel so not to kill are selves from lack of sleep.

We look forward to seeing all of you.

Well i already mentioned it to doot, but i'll be coming in on thursday, and flying out Monday evening. I'll be needing a hotelness for whenever that comes into effect.

can i count on dootersville for the times when there is no hotel?

Just a thought, shouldnt we all just post our plans on the PO calander? That way we have a good look at whose comign in when and how.

Actually, the calendar is functional

You could put your info there, but if everyone does that, it will get really crowded really quick.
