On every auction it shows:
"Feedback Score: X

Member since Month-Day-Year in Country"
Anyone who regularly buys from Ebay knows to look at these items. If the feedback is not in the high 90s or if the Feedback Score is too low people will not bid. Less bids=less money.
Feedback workes the same way for buyers. If a buyer has a bad feedback I might cancel their bid if it is a big item. |

Oh I didn't bid on it, it said buy it now so I went ahaed and bought it, his feed back was in the 200's mostly all good. only a few that were bad and nuetral including mine. Buty yeah thanks for letting me know. |

Like reaper said...they do call it snail mail for a reason. Sometimes the post office and/or delivery service is to blame, because they're being lazy. While I never buy on eBay, I've been doing a lot of internet buying lately. Some things you just get faster than others. Some things that I've ordered that were shipped via the Post Office got here faster than some things that were shipped via UPS. Hell, I even ordered something from Australia once that was to me within a week, and I just opted for normal shipping with nothing fancy. Sometimes it just depends on the day.
EDIT: Also, if you placed your order on a Saturday, I doubt it would have shipped the next day. It would most likely have shipped on the coming Monday, which in your case, appears to be the 20th. |

I am sorry in my earlier post I said Saturday but I meant to say Sunday. So she sent the payment on Sunday the 19th and it might have been shipped out the next day.

This is how its going to be simply put:
On Ebay there are a number of things you will need to take into consideration.
1. If you pay for the item on a weekend the earliest it will be shipped is on Monday.
2. If it is being sent via regualar mail it will take a week or two especially if its from a different country. (I.E. It can take a week to send a package up the street depending on where you live)
3. If Im selling something and someone leaves me a neutral rating the day after they bought the item on a weekend I may make the person wait cause they just jacked my rating.
4. Paitence is the key here. The nicer you are the nicer buyers will be to you.
5. Its a $30 box set. Which is probably a 3 DVD codec'd version of the actual boxset. You should be paying the full $80+ for it.
6. If you don't recieve the item by the end of the first week in October. Then you have every right to fuss.
7. Suggestion. Ask questions and read before jumping into a hole that could cause yourself to have a very negative rating on ebay. (Most buyers wont even take a bid from someone that doesn't have either a good rating or has at least bought more that 10 items on ebay.)
8. No harshness intended. But its good FYI for future purchases of hard to get items in the Ebay world. |

Hmm good point well I got an email back from him saying that they usually send orders out 10 days after their payed for, so i got another 2 to 3 weeks before it gets here... |
