I got my acceptance email for the beta yesterday, I'm downloading the game now. 1.2GB is pretty hefty though, I doubt I'll be able to play until tomorrow. |

I got in to D&D online, but my key was in my email and I can't get to it b/c yahoo is a bunch of morons! |

It's an interesting game.
I made a character on the Spirit server because it was first on the list, not sure where you guys wanted to go or with what race.
Initially it reminds me a lot of Lineage in gameplay. It's got beautiful environments and character designs just like Lineage II does. You basically click where you want to go, click to target, and use the space bar for your main attacks and the F1-F10 keys for specials.
I didn't play much because it was late, and the newbie area I was in was hella crowded with major competition for mobs. |

I ended up deleting the game.
Turned out it was just "Lineage 2 in space" to take Blizzard's expression. :\ |

I don't wanto to judge it too quickly, but as I said above it definitely has a Lineage II feel to it. That in itself isn't necessarily bad, but I don't feel the game is on the same level of quality as World of Warcraft or Guild Wars. I was just a little disappointed because the game looked so freaking good in the preview screens..
If you didn't get in the beta and you don't feel like signing up at Fileplanet, don't feel too bad. You're not missing a whole lot.
Playing RFO definitely made me wish PSU was coming out sooner than it is.  |

I sure hope as hell PSU gets the "active" form of gameplay that made PSO so good, unlike traditional MMOs that require you to click and wait 'till the monster's dead.
I need something to keep my fingers busy.  |
