Hey man, I know we don't talk as much as we used to, that's mostly my fault. I've become a very busy guy, I don't really have time to do much of anything anymore ^_^. But I can't say I know many other people who care enough about me to drive me from GA to South Carolina JUST for some Jack in the Box as an early birthday present. There's really not much anybody can do to top that for me.

You're a great guy Dustin, I'm sure you're already over it but don't let anything bring you down. Nothing's worth wasting away over. Sometimes life sucks, sometimes it's good. That's the way it goes I suppose. Just gotta keep trucking y'know? Every second you keep yourself in a state of depression is a second you could be used to making yourself happy. ^_^

I think I've figured out a few of the financial things... the emotional part of myself is still a mess as always and the more I reflect on myself I'm generally an emotionally a train wreck I just somehow do a good job of hiding it.

The physical and emotional benefits of regualar meditiation are well founded. Butt on pillow, knees on ground, feet in your lap. Fold your hands, touch your thumbs, and breathe. Whenever you think about something besides breathing say to yourself "Thinking" and go back to breathing. In, out. Out, in.

The position promotes bloodflow and positioning your spine striaght with your cerebral cortex is beneficail to your nervous system. You can reduce your brain activity by concentrating on breathing and let your blood circulate, your lungs breate, and your bloodcells deliver the oxygen to your body. Its very refreshing and focusing - just dont tie in a lot of that metapshysical new age nonsence that gets jumbled with it.
