Ok so the results are in, we were termintaed today, now is the time I begin to pack my bags and leave alabama for atlanta soon. Not only that but were sueing them because appranetly we threatend them is what they wrote in the email this morning. Which is bullshit. oh well ATL here I come. |

You weren't even there when it happened!
You may not be able to do anything for your friends being that management can claim whatever reason they want for terminating them. Weapons are typically deemed as a threat when brought to a workplace, regardless of the intent.
But you should have a pretty good case for a wrongfull termination suite against them. You were fired for something that you did not do AND was not in the office when it occurred. Do you have a timesheet or a time card to prove this?
It just doesn't compute in my head how you can be fired for something that happened when you were not even at the office that day
I know you had mentioned that you and your friends would talk amongst yourselves about weapons...were you ever warned or repremanded for that? |

We got the news today about an hour ago our bosss said that the main reason he fired me was because, and get this and I quote "I did not talk to anybody" lmfao they are going to be up to their necks in shit soon. |

That doesn't make sense...you didn't talk to anybody during the time you worked there...or you didn't talk to anybody about what happened?
Did you actually talk to management about all this? Or did you just write a letter? |

We talked to the company, today when we went to go pickup our things from our work station. Also, that is what our boss told us the main reason i was fired with thenm was because of me not talking to people. Yes discrimination, also I don't see why they can't let us continue to work there if they let the woman who said "that i couldn't tell the difference between actuall sex and a blowup doll and told me i needed to get laid, still work there. All that woman got was repremended and a writeup no suspention no termination. What she did to be was sexual harrasment and they let her slide if they can let sexual harrasment slide then there shouldn't have been a problem with letting us keep our jobs.
Come to think of it I got three good suits on them now.
I wasn't there for the situation that caused us to get fired, - wrongful termination
Terminating me because I didn't want to talk to others. - Discrimination
Emotional Distress For making me wait a week and a half to let me know I'm fired.
They are going to hear what I have to say and if I have to involve my lawyer, I already sent them the email today letting them know to hear from him shortly.
