It's open to the public in japan, but the official US release is the end of October for PC, and January/February for PS2.
All the beta testers are doing are testing the translation and localization prettymuch. Nothing will change in the game engine, graphics, audio, or whatever. |

im trying out red mage for a bit, im faster as a red mage with my attacks but i do miss my cool abilities i had a tad.
and as for parties, ive only made one friend so far lol, so no parties for me yet, but on occasions i get nice passer-bys who heal me |

so how do we play the game? is it more like PSO, or more like any other MMORPGs? ( point and click to an enemy so you have an attack delay and all <_< ) |

~nod~ SGW is a tad more in depth i guess you could say with its character design and general game play, but to me, no offense, also means its too in depth so it gets boring. FF is straight up FF but online and mmorpg  its got the click and auto attack system, kinda like KOTOR but theres so much to do in the game and the areas are huge |
