So, I just checked in at pso-world today, and they are reporting that PSO2 will be Free 2 Play and will feature a cash item shop. There is going to be a character creator released on April 5, and the game will go into beta testing as well in April. So hopefully we'll be able to play sooner than we think. I'm pumped! |

Yeah the free to play thing was big. Gotta wonder if it will be free to play on the Vita as well.
Can't wait
Of course with the f2p model, I may end up spending MORE money than if I just bought the game.  |

I might get that as well! The only thing that bothers me is the fixed-ship/server issue. I'm thinking of going with whichever PSOW's official ship will be... so I'm hoping PO's ship will also be that one ;D |

Yeah, psow seems to be the most hip happenin' place when it comes to players, so that's probably the best for finding people to play with. I know in my heart that there won't be nearly as many psotakus coming back to this, even though I really want the too.
Anybody get their hands on the character creator yet? It's pretty awesome. |

I tried the character creator. I'm sad. I can't seem to make a credible Shuri or Elise no matter what I do.  |

Which one are you using. I actually downloaded a client for a Private PSO server a while back and didn't get that far into it. I mainly wanted to go through all the episode 4 stuff since I haven't seen that. |

I am on the Schtack server. I haven't really played much lately. I was overworked the last few weeks between two jobs and pretty much crashed in my free time instead of gaming.
And besides, I will be addicted to Diablo 3. |
