Alrighty...the names that piss me off on the internet are the damn names with just lots of stupid stuff in them
IE: omgwtf[sdf12]37/1
Now...what in the great god's name is that supposed to damn well mean!!!!!!
Names that i do appretiate though are things like so:
Button that kills stuff, butt pirate, supermonkey...and so on and so forth
If you want to have a dumb name, at least spell it with proper english, and at least make it proper with proper spacing and such. Or better yet, just go with a nice simple name.
My name on TFC / Counterstrike: Desperado.
Nothing more, nothing less!

Yeah, I have a hard time getting behind names that have numbers in them. I'm sorry, but there are too many permutations of the twenty six letters in the english alphbet to justify having a name like Killr586. It's just plain unimaginative. Any six year old could think up a better name than that.
