That was beautiful, man. I can't imagine what it's like to leave your country and your culture behind, no knowing when you'll get to be there again, missing it every day. I mean, sure, you would adjust to your new home, but there would always be that truth that you come from a different place, a different world. I admire people who can do that.

of course... its way different for english speakers to travel the world, than for people who are from countries where english isn't the primary language.
American's can be pretty stuck up, after all. My audio teacher was talking about this guy that lived in Japan for years, and never learned Japanese. apparently he just walked into the store and expected everyone to speak english to him. -_-;
*ahem* but that's extraneous information, isn't it.

you know... He looks pretty crazy with the Sciler-style bun in the back, and the braided hair. o_O; For some reason its almost fitting... in a very wrong way. |
