[Sperrit]

Sperrit walks into the clearing.
"Wow! A party! What fun!"
He goes over and gets some punch right next to Katana's water sculpture, looking around.
"Sure are lots of fun gizmos and sculptures and stuff around here... wonder what it's all for?"
Sperrit scratches his head.
"Maybe... Oh! Maybe this is a Thank You party! Yay! I looooooooove those! I'll go first! Ahem...."

POCKET OTAKU!

I would like to thank the site in general, Pocket Otaku. This site and the people on it have gotten me through things both terrible and wonderous. The warmth and open atmosphere of this place kept me coming back again and again, and I'm glad I did. PO is one of the most important things in my life. I know it doesn't seem like it at times. Lately I've been gone long stretches of time, and I hope you all believe me when I say that nothing hurts me more than being away from PO and all the people here. This place is like a second home to me, something I can always count on. It has been a rock for me in times when I have had nothing to depend on. I can never repay the debt of gratitude that I have for thee, Pocket Otaku. Never. I hope beyond all hope that I will always be welcome here, for I shall never want to leave.

Okay... now I gots me a long list, so don't no one interupt me.

Thank you, first, to Cobbi! He may not be around much anymore (FF11 stole his soul) but he's the one who brought me here, to PO. He's also a talented musician and a decent guy. Thanks, buddy.

Thank you Sakura! You were the first person that made me feel welcome here. You were always a friendly face that I could count on, and whom I love talking to. Thanks, Master Pouncer.

Thank you Doot. You are the heart and soul of this place. I cannot express how much I admire, respect, and like you as a colaborator, an artist and a friend. You're the best. You really are. I hope that you and I can always be friends and that we can work together to make PO the place that we dreamed of. I know it can be.

Thank you Katana! You've been such an awsome friend. I wish I still had internet so I could get in on those crazy chatrooms you make. So much fun to be had. But even besides the fun, you're a great person, and you've got your heart in the right place. You will get through life just fine. I can only hope that I can be there to cheer you on.

Thank you Rev! The Pot to my Kettle, my partner in crime. Your friendship on PO has meant a great deal to me. I know that I can always turn to you with the tough questions and that you'd always try and help me through it. I know you haven't been on much lately, but neither have I, and I know that you, like myself, will always return, and I shall always look forward to that day imensely. You are a very great man. Thank you for coming to PO and giving it your heart and soul as I did. You have my utmost respect for as long as I live.

Lastly, I would like to say thank you to Nacht.... Words fail me.... There just.... I mean.... Yeah, there are no words. I love you, is I think the best I can do, but that doesn't seem enough. Thank you for your love and for all of this. Its more than one man could ever hope for, and that's the Gods' honest truth.

steps in front of all the people celebrating sperrits birthday, everybody stops and steers at the man in the cloke, whos face is not visible, wondering what is to come next, wether he is dangerous or not, who he is, where he came from.

a scar covered hand lifts up and pulls away the mans hood and reveals a war torn face, full of scars and the look of a man who has seen many deadly things but has lived to tell the tale, he is not an old man, but it is difficult to tell because he has aged so much in such little time, a round of applause erupts, RivaOni has returned on this joyfull day to say:

the earth begins to tremble and a crack forms with a spikey blond haired, pink and gray blur emerging from it, running at sperrit, dusting dirt from her hair.

"i am SOOO sorry i'm late!!" she looks at sperrit, face red from a combination of embarrassment and being out of breath, "i'm a terrible elemental sis. but i was working on this.." she sheepishly pulls out from behind her back an elaborate sculture of sperrit made of marble with a real life exotic flowering vine blooming from the seed in his hand and wrapping around him lightly and handed it to him. "umm.. happy birthday! the sculpture you know i made but.. but.. i also bloomed the flower myself!" she turned away slightly embarrassed again. only sperrit and a few others would know what a great accomplishment this was for her.

she walked away to let the others converge upon sperrit and wish him well and went back to the crack in the ground where you could hear a faint barking. she jumped back down into the whole and then emerged again with her guitar "tomato" in her hand and garbonzo under her other arm.

"okay so who's ready to rock?!!" and with that she and a few other members of the po band begin playing, garbonzo doing a little dance at her feet to the music.

[Ming]

Ming strolls in, late as usual.

"You know me...gotta make an entrance..." he exclaims as he sees his friends.

He walks over to Sperrit, and puts an arm around the Forest Friend's shoulder.

"Sorry I'm late buddy. Life has been kinda hectic recently, and it's like I can't get a free minute anymore. But seriously, I just wanted to say thanks for being so amazing. You truly are one of the stars here at PO, and everything good that comes your way you truly deserve. Thanks for letting me into you and Rev's discussions/silliness, and thanks for saying those nice things about me. I promise that some day, we'll get FJ back up (as soon as certain OTHER parties decide to get back to writing...coughrevcough...) so you can make more and more cameos. And most importantly...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I hope it was a GREAT one!!!"

With that, Ming produces a huge cake from thin air and hands it to Sperrit.

"I baked it myself!!!"

~Smiles innocently as she hands him the autographed paddle and his bum now has happy birthday imprinted for the time being~
