I've been there since the year it started, and I still don't feel like I've got a niche, really. But, eh.
PO is a lot nicer, for me, because it's so much more personal. There isn't spam and there isn't gold and most everyone -knows- each other to some degree. All the drama-causers usually leave after a short time anyhow, because nobody cares about their drama. |

Bingo. PO is above all else, a family. Just look at some of the responses in the "What I learned at AWA" thread and you'll see outpourings from people wishing that we could all just live together (Oh what whacky and hilarious hijinks we'd have!) or near each other.

It takes me forever to figure out what to order but I do love my sushi. RuSan's is prolly one of the better places.
Umezono's is nice too (and across the street from RuSan's) The grocery store next door is fun. |

Not at my house...or else my neighbor will go apeshit over all the cars...but we do have a clubhouse.
Depends on how many ppl and cars. Parking is limited and there are old ppl all over the place who like to complian b/c they're old |
