Wow... and I thought I was addicted. Let me see...

I want...

Naruto: Rise of the Ninja (360)
Rock Band (PS3)
Eye of Judgement (PS3)
Have to pay the PSP I bought from Shino (PSP)
Buy a 2 or 4 GB Memory Stick for the PSP (PSP)

That's, at least, $540.

Eh, I wouldn't buy stranglehold but that's just me. It was really really short and the last couple levels kinda blew.

Amusing Shino, as I'll be getting Folklore and Eye of Judgement (from your list) this month.

My poor, poor pocket. I don't even play the ps3 that much! But I must, must, for these two beauties. Expect me to be sort of missing come soon. :]

And that's a pretty package. o.o

I'll play you online then.

I didn't even know you had one. Post your PSN name in the stickied topic up top. Smile

Allow my innner CCG/TCG connoisseur to escape for a moment...

My biggest question here is whether Eye of Judgement is going actually be a good game. My concern is that people are going to adopt the game, looking for a new and exciting TCG, only to find a flashy, yet otherwise empty, vehicle for demonstrating what the new technology can do.

I'm not going to go out and get a PS3 for this (or for anything at this time), but I am curious to see how the game will turn out, so I'll be looking forward to everyone's reviews. Particularly Shino's, because I know that he is fairly well-versed in card gaming.

Well if you read the penny arcade preview or the gamespot preview... it sounds like the game is pretty solid. Simple but deep at the same time. Like the little bonuses you get for dropping a card on it's associated element. Then the spells you can use to flip the square since each square (except for the middle one it seems) has a different element (or can have one) on the opposite side.

Then there are the biolith cards which are played entirely different.

The only issue I have is that it "seems" too easy to play in the respect that to win, all you need is 5 creatures on the board at one time at the end of your turn.

I'll save judgment until I play it.

In about 3 weeks, you'll get your info from me. Wink

My real advise would be to eventually own all systems. It's just a matter of when you buy each one.

If you're looking to buy the 360 and/or the PS3...

Well, come 10/12, hopefully we will get an announcement of a $400 PS3. If that happens, I would definitely say to jump on that bandwagon first and here's why.

Everyone knows that the 360 is a Piece of crap as far as the hardware quality goes. It is literally the worst built home console in the history of video games. The PS3, on the other hand, is built like a rock. I know people that leave the thing on all the time doing folding@home. Now, there's been a lot of talk about the 65nm chip that is heading to the 360. Well, they are just now starting to appear. I would wait on the 360 until the majority of the systems in the channel have the 65nm chip in them. That way you have a better chance at finding and getting one. You'll get a cooler, quieter system that will be more reliable.

After the Holiday season, the games will be there for both systems, so games won't be an issue. Depending on your taste of course. Wink
