Number 1, it was a joke mister touchy. #2...
If you see the buddha on the road, kill him. For he is the false Buddha.
Don't begin to think you have a slight glimps into what I have studied pal...if you had paid attention to the religious forums, you might have noticed that I have a little training in other forms of religion beyond Christianity.
Man...just wow. |

Ok I did come off more touchy than I meant, my bad, I was actually going to edit it appropriately but forgot lol. But to say the Buddha was fat goes against the principles of traditional Buddhism. Plain and simple. And I have thoroughly studied Buddhism so don't even tell me I am wrong. |

Fair enough, I was talking about the first buddha. But you are right, he was not the only buddha, and Buddhism is not limeted to his teachings.
I jumped the gun on this one lol, sorry. |

Ya look at all the fat people in the world. Jim Belushi, Star Jones, Chris Farrly (sp?). All fat and remembered. |

Guys Gautama Siddartha (the first to be called Buddha) was not fat. He was a scrawny Indian guy. You may be referring to Hotei the Buddha of laughter. But they are both remembered with great reverence so I guess the fat thing isn't too constricting in that manner. |
