HELL NO! Harry is the second Green Goblin! If he becomes the Hobgoblin then that means Norman kills him when he comes back from the dead thus ruining the WHOLE Spiderman universe.
What will happen is harry will come back and since Oscorp is failing he'll accept funding from a secret organisation led by "Kingpin" he'll get his new Jetwing and the suit will be upgraded but look exactly the same.
The only different between Hobgoblin and Greengoblin in the comics was the Green Goblin had a purple hat and a green face and the Hobgoblin had a yelloeyorange face with a brownish yellow cloak. |

Hobgoblin was a lot damn spookier too. But I'd be fine with them making Harry the Hobgoblin instead. Or perhaps he could finance the creation of the Hobgoblin using John Jameson maybe? |

Anyone who would say Harry should be Hobgoblin AND calls themselves a Spiderman fan should really jump off an F'ing cliff..Make sure there are rocks at the bottom cause you don't wanna walk away from that.
Making Harry Hobgoblin would be like giving Superman powers over Electricity after he was reincarnated from some death involving a random bad guy with little or no weakness. |

That should probably include people who say they are fans, but forget that all-too-important hyphen that goes inbetween the "Spider" and "Man" to make "Spider-Man"
Not to mention that the movies are making a new continuity that I think is a nice interpretation of what the core story is. For another excellent example, go read the Marvel Ultimate titles |
