My regret is that i threw a marble at my sis and she moved and it hit my new T.V and put a big mark on it.  |

Well I have been doing a lot of thinking lately and have found a regret that in the past I have tried to lock away.
I regret the fact that I couldn't stop many of my friends from dying even though I knew what was coming.
I regret freezing when all I had to do was reach out and pull my friend away from the edge.
I regret not taking better care of my self over the years.
I regret letting the shadow into my life because now I will never get rid of it. |

Uhhh...I regret eating one of those Jamaican meat patty things one day for lunch. Boy did I pay for that one...
And I REALLY regret eating that 9 month old army peanut butter back in 1997...food poisoning is a BAD thing...

And now for some serious regrets...
I regret quitting guitar lessons when I was 7 years old. Maybe today I would be able to start a band like I want to...
I regret being so lazy in high school, and not getting more after school jobs, and relying so much on my parents. Maybe today I would have enough money to go out and buy myself a new car like I would like to, and maybe I wouldn't have to take out so many loans to pay for college. I don't know how I'm going to deal with the nearly $100k that I'm going to have to pay back...
And sometimes I regret my unique ability to push peoples' buttons. Sometimes its great, but sometimes I can't control myself, it goes to far, and people get hurt...
Someone once told me that they don't regret anything that they had done in the past, regardless of how good or bad it was. I just can't agree with this. I can understand chalking things up to experience, but I find it rather selfish not to have regrets, especially if some of those things hurt some people.

In scouts, I screamed at a guy who wouldn't let me have some Vienna Crackers (Those damned little things are GOOD! ). ANyway, such is the dangers of running on cofee alone, *sigh*. |
