Also, at what time should I feed him. Right now it says "full up."

And if I fight, how do I get my HP back up afterward

excel, I wouldnt mind some tips on earning points as well... so far, all I really do is retail, which is working out pretty good so far... I got some kinda slow-moving merchandise, but i've made the bulk of my money through retail... but what do you do when you wanna start buying/selling stuff over 100k? Do you just use the auction system or trades or what?

Making Neopoints:

-Play games.
-Resell items bought in shops or auctions.
-Deposit at the bank and collect interest.
-Submit fanart, or an entry for the caption contest.

Hunger:

-Self-explanatory. The maximum is "bloated".

HP:
This is for the Battledome. In the meantime, even if your HP goes to zero, nothing happens.

Gaining levels:
-You'll need to go to the training center on Mystery Island.

NEOPETS? Why, I'm the queen of knowing what to do. -grins-

I've been playing for over two years ( wow that's sad ).

The way you can gain levels is:
~Go to the training center on Mystery Island
~Go to the training academy on Krawk Island
~Go visit Coltzan's Shrine in the Lost Desert about everyday, and some times he'l raise one of your neopet's stats or he'll give you money or food or such. *FREE
~You can collect all the laboratory map pieces, take you pet there and his stats and levels can increase, but it can also change the appearance of you pet to something like a spotted chia or whatever colour or whatever pet.

Hunger:
~It's really not necessary to feed your pet, but if you want to battle, you have to feed them until they aren't hungry.
~Your pet will never die, but if you have spare food, you can feed it to your neopet.

Quick Money:
~If you have spare items, like a bunch of omelettes, you can go to the trading post and wager them off and hopefully get a bit of neopoints or something good.
~If you have something extremely rare and you have no use for it, yet again go to the training post and bid it off. A lot of people are willing to bid more than a million neopoints on something, depending what it is, but don't be too stingy!
~Playing games are always fun!
~Seeling items in the shop.
~Go to the Money Tree and try to grab some items that seem like they are worth some good ammount of neopoints, BUT you have to be quick.
~Go to Mystery Island, and play Tombola every day. You can win food, and most likely Bottled Faeries, which are worth a lot. *FREE
~Go to the Lost Desert and play the Fruit Machine. You can end up winning a lot of neopoints. *FREE
~Collect a certain item. Like food, or plushies, but use the shop qizard to find these items. And keep refreshing until you find a reasonablly priced item, and BUY IT QUICKLY. Collect enough, put it on the trading post or in your shop and bid it for a bit more than what you bought it ( unless you bought an item for REAL cheap and it's really REAL expensive, then keep it expensive! )
~If you have a HUGE gallery of stuff, sell it, or put it on the trading post.
~Just let me tell you: The Trading Post is the best place and your best friend. So go ahead! Use it!

HP:
~Go to the healiong faerie in Faerie world and the water faerie there will heal you, even above the ammount of HP you have. Also, don't buy her potions. You can buy them for cheaper at the shop wizard.

Good tips...allow me to add to the hunger part

Feed your pet until he is bloated, then you only have to feed him one piece of one item a day. Also remember the free omlette and the hidden Giant Jelly

I have never known how to get to the Jelly through the regular world...but go to

www.neopets/jelly then go to the giant jelly and pick a piece off and it will give you two bites for free Smile

and yes Trading post rules!
